Ashley L. Cheung - Founder
As the Head of Human Resources at one of Google's sister companies, Ashley focuses on career empowerment for women and people of color in the technology industry. She has been HR professional at various Silicon Valley technology companies with a B.A. in Psychology and Communication from the University of California, Davis.
Finding purpose in understanding and empowering others, she became a rape crisis counselor, taking a trauma-informed approach to advocating for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence in NYC emergency rooms.
Blending experience and passion, she now designs and brings career empowerment workshops to domestic violence shelters through Indepower, helping survivors disproportionately affected by economic & societal systems build proficiencies for self-reliance.
