Our Approach
Survivors of DV are often disadvantaged by the intersectionality of economic and societal systems and do not have equitable support, resources, or options to become independent. They may face:
Discrimination, including classism, racism, sexism, other forms of bias against them
Threats to basic needs, including poverty, immigration status, disability needs
Immediate effects of DV including medical attention, children’s needs, PTSD & trauma
We believe that the equitable support survivors need consists of both information and guidance to build career and financial stability for themselves.
We connect survivors with established industry professionals who can provide relevant courses and consulting along their journeys to self-reliance.
